We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10am.

Your room will be ready from 1pm.

Room numbers
Please understand that for organizational reasons, specific room numbers cannot be booked.

Cancellation fees
Written cancellations are free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival - we will also immediately refund any deposit paid.
For late arrivals, early departures or no-shows, 70% of the agreed price will be charged. If you have booked half-board, we will deduct €10 per day and person from the cancellation fee. Cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are fully or partially rebooked.

Missed dinner
If you inform us in advance that you will not be having dinner, we will deduct €10 per person.

Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed only upon written request and confirmation. A daily rate of €16 without food will be charged. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, swimming pools and sunbathing areas.

Payment options
You can settle your bill in cash (limited according to Italian regulations), by check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat). If you pay the hotel bill in cash on the day of arrival, we offer a 2% discount on the room price (excluding bookings made through portals such as Expedia or

Cancellation Protection

Single room use
Double rooms can be booked as single rooms (subject to availability) for a surcharge of €25 per day.

Shuttle service for train travelers
Upon request, we offer a free pick-up service from the Meran/Bozen train station.
