The Meran Burggräfler winery

The Meran and Burggräfler wineries merged as of 1 January 2010. The Meran Burggräfler winery is now the largest cellar in the Burggrafenamt area, drawing on mini- and micro-vineyards situated on sunny slopes in Lana, Tscherms, Marling, Algund, Meran, Dorf Tirol, Riffian, Kuens and Schenna. The finest wines are produced from the grape varieties that thrive in Meran, such as Vernatsch, Weissburgunder (Pinot Bianco), Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau, Ruländer (Pinot Grigio), Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer, Goldmuskateller, etc..
Wines from both wineries are now available at both locations, in Marling and in Meran.
